guys whats the longest i could run winstrol? if i run it at 30-35mg ed and it is the only thing i'm on can i run it longer then usual? i'm thinking maybe 10-12 weeks, what do you think. i know the dosage is a little low but i'm only 5'4" 145lbs 7%bdf 21yrs old.
Well, IMO, 30-35mg isn't enough. I'd say run it 50mg ED for no more than 6 weeks. What else you going run with it?
i'm not looking to run test with this cycle because i don't want any weight gains. i just want to increase strenght, lean up, improve speed. if i lower the doses to 30mg ed could i run it longer then the average 6 weeks?
im pretty sure the concensus will be that even at a low dose like that you will really do a number on your liver after that long.
Third week running test and only gained 3 lbs so far. But the good part is my fat is dropping, my strength has increased, and i'm tighter and harder than ever. Everything comes down to diet and training. Test will do a lot better job at preserving muscle than winny. No doubt about it...not even close. Winny is a very poor choice IMO, especially for a sport.Quote:

yeah do not run winny past 6 weeks I would actaully say not past 5 in my opinions bc taking it to long will fuck you up and it is not worth the damage.
More negatives using winny than positives.
If your really not convinced on using a test, than try Var instead of winny. Less sides and better strength gains.
Yes, I had to get off Winstrol after 4 weeks. It destroyed my joints BIG TIME!
would i be able to run anavar longer then winny. i know they are both 17aa steroids, but which is worse on the liver? not to mention anavar costs alot more.

I will not run winnie without deca..It cuts me up hardcore but gives me muscle and join pains all the time.
A prop/winny combo will be a better bet for you. Don't run the winny any longer than 6 at a higher dosage then 35. If you wanna risk it you can run it at a lower dosage for 8...but why bother? NO matter what make sure you get that milk thistle and ALA running with it.

Well I was going to say if you are just doing winny tabs then don't do it. I did a small cycle of just winny tabs at 50mg/ed. I did gain about 10 pounds in 6 weeks but my BP went up and I had joint pain everyday. Wasn't worth it to me.

Stay away from winnie? He needs to get the winnie experience for himself. May not make him sore at all, may not affect his joints...He'll have to find out. Halo is not a good alternative to winnie in my opinionQuote:

run test. if you dont want to gain mass, than dont train and eat for mass. its THAT simple.
