    Diet is noticing FAT Gain......?

    Me
    Age: 22
    Weight: 175

    Goal
    Trying to gain size and keep definition

    Cycle Experience
    Weeks 1-10 500mg Sus Result: Gained 18-20 lbs

    Second Cycle
    (Feburary 04 - April 04)
    week 1-10 Deca 400mg
    week 1-10 Test cyp 500mg
    week 1-4 Dbol 25mg ed

    A little while ago i posted a couple threads about my diet, the members of AR reviewed it gave their opinions. Since then I have taken their advice and have been eating at least 4000 calories a day trying to put on some mass. I am going to continue eating like this until I am finished with my second cycle in the begining of April. Then I am going to aim towards Cutting up.

    Question 1:
    I am gaining weight & mass, but also noticing some fat gain in my (midsection/abs/lowerstomach/love handles). How hard is this going to be to lose after my cycle in April?

    Question 2:
    Should I start working on that area now?

    Question 3:
    How much weight should I expect to lose when Cutting?

    up cardio and add some winnie......watch diet and u wil be ok....works for me anyways

    IMHO bulk then try and get lean. I don't like doing cardio while bulking b/c I want all calories for growth.
