neither IMO. T400 isnt worth the pain(ba content). and i dont like sust, and especially cheap sust like supertest.
Try and go with some straight enth or cyp. But if your only options are those two, go with the T400.
i did the super test and that stuff kicks ass.
T400 is probably the better choice of he 2 but it's gonna hurt...
I'd go t400 only if those were my two only choices. I would never choose either if I had the option of any single ester over the two. Mixed ester combos just don't seem the logical route to take.
I like the supertest, the t400 hurt like hell!!
