Case u fellas dont know me im a regular at EF (or was, now that im here), a Vet over at BloodSweatSteel and a member of Anabolic Fitness (a vets only board). I have also spent tiem on the 20 some odd other BB boards on the net over the last 2 years or so. Been working out, martial arts, etc for 14 yrs, started juicing bout 3.5 years ago and I really wish I had had a board like this to tell me all the mistakes I made the first time or two. Really you can learn more on a good board in 1 year than in a gym/books in 10. Hope I can help you guys not make my mistakes and always open to learning bout things im not too up on.

Ive studied when younger isshinryu, bando (burmese) and wrestling - then i was into arnis/kali stick fighting for awhile but have spent most of my time in "accelerated modified wing chun gung fu" which is a fancy way of saying JKD by a bruce and nucleus taught sifu.

Seriously though, you couldn't have picked a better mod than CYC (IG too). Both are very helpful and I'm thinking I'm going to spend more time on this board now trying to help out more if I can with all three of the things that I know, in the spirit of the dedicated mods that have been chosen. LoL actually i found this while trying to pull up vital information on Nathan. I have concluded that He was the Anabolic /Androgenic /Diuretic/ and Harmone Czar until he was tragically put into a coma from a forced overdose of paint chips (im assuming it was a setup bye MIKE(GOD). After this horrible experience he never recovered and woke up from the coma but still haunts us today through the use of his breathing machine. Yes somehow the fucker is transmitting electrical diode waves through his breathing machine.
