How to Jumpstart a cycle correctly?

I have a bud who wants to jumpstart his cycle by using Sust. It looks like this......

Wks 1-2: Sustanon @ 500mg/wk (kickstart)
Wks 2-12: Test Enan @ 500mg/wk
Wks 1-12: EQ @ 400mg/wk
Wk 14: Nolva @ 40mg/ED, 50mg/ED
Wk 15: Nolva @ 30mg/ED, 25mg/ED
Wk 16: Nolva @ 20mg/ED

I told that him Sust was a poor choice to jumpstart a cycle and that Prop should be used in its place. How would he run a proper jumpstart? Im not sure on how much he prop or ethanate he should be using for a jumpstart and how long he should be over lapping the two.

Any help is much appreciated?

well he can run the enan starting week one and then inject the prop. at 50 mgs per day...for the first two weeks. and you are right. sust takes 3-4 weeks to kick in.

Tell him to use d-bol weeks 1 - 4 30 to 40mg ED depending on his weight............... or use prop weeks 1 - 4 100mg EOD

That is a bad lay out for a cycle

This is better:

Weeks 1 - 4 Dbol or Prop
Weeks 1 - 13 Enan 500mg
Weeks 1 - 12 EQ 400mg
Weeks 1 - 15 Nolva 10mg ED
Start PCT 3 weeks after last EQ inj.

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 2 - 11 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 12 - 21 50mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva

alot of people frontload longer lasting test esters, but I would go for either the prop or something like d-bol for a jump start.

There is not enough prop in the sust for it to be used as a jumpstart, but I can see what he may be thinking. tell him to go with the prop, and run it like the others said.

He's running EQ in the cycle............ EQ has a longer half-life (3 weeks)than Enan so he has to wait for the longest acting ester to clear before starting PCT.

Someone that weighs 180lbs could use around 30mg of D-Bol and feel it's effects where someone that weighs over 250lbs would feel nothing at the dose.

Is that what you were asking :unsure:
