how much can you keep?
After doing a cycle and gaining x amount of pounds in muscle, what precent of the new muscle would a person keep after stoping the cycle. And are these gains perment? Any thoughts? Thanks CJ.

depends on a number of things..
diet , training , what gear u take..

I agree with shadow, Your diet and training will as well as your pct plan will factor how much you keep. It could be as little as 10% to as much as 40-50%, again it all depends on what your gear is and what your diet and plan is.

There is a lot more to it than what I just said, but that's the feel of it.

Have To Agree With U Both There.
Anaver And Test Prop And Winny Are Also Good For Holding Gains.
Also When Coming Of A Cycle Eat And Eat
