15-20 lbs???what will do the trick?

Hey guys, i just finished my 3rd cycle...pretty happy i guess with the gains for the most part, i did dbol, deca, and test(which i realized i started too late after talkin to you guys) but tahst beside the point...im lookin to do one more bulking cycle before i do my cut cycle....

my first cycle was strictly sust.
my second was sust and dbol(over the summer) got like 12 lbs off of that
my last one, was Dbol Deca and 6 weeks of test(yea i know i know...please dont give me shit..i heard enough) which i got like 13 lbs off of

i was 155 in august now 182, 5'8"......im thinkin of doing one last bulking cycle before cutting but im not really sure what to do, i mean ive been stickin pretty basic to sus dbol and deca...havent really heard much on other things...ive looked them up but not sure exactly what to do

i was hoping you guys might beable to give me some advice for an upcoming cycle....im lookin to throw on about 15-20 lbs....more or less willing to do anything, anadrol is even a possibilty....i just came across a really good source so price isnt worrying me either....any feedback will be greatly appreciated...thank you

What were the dosages of your previous cycles?

for the first, i ran 250 sus all the way through

the second i ran 250,250,250,500,500,500,500,250 sus and dbol like 25/week 30/week 35/week then 25 week weeks 1-4

the third(my last) i rocked weeks 1-6 dbol 25,25,30,35,40,45....2-11 400mg dec and weeks 1 and 11 200 mg...and weeks 6-11 250 500 500 500 500 250 on CYP

naa my sus was last summer
my second sus with dbol was this this summer and my third was from mid sept-nov

Try switching from Sust to Test Eth. Try running the test for 10-12 weeks at 4-600 mgs week.
Dbol and deca seem good for bulk.
Are you the guy who didnt get enough sus so you were gonna run it short and we told you to just lower dosage til you got more?
If you kept 15 to 20 lbs off of your old cycle the way it was, that doesnt seem too bad.

naa iw as the guy who ran dbol for first 6 and cyp for last 6 rather then cyp all the way through ...atleast i learn from my mistakes, but shouldnt have made it to begin with

i was thinkin of possibly doing dbol 45mg a day for 4 weeks, enth 1-11 500mg, deca 400mg 1-10, and maybe winny or masteron somewhere in there as well....what would u guys think??

i do take time off...i give myself atleast 6-8 weeks inbetween cycles....im just plannin now so i dont have to worry about it later....as for pct and anti, i got nolv on hand and im gonna run clomid in a bout a week

I thought most people feel that 6-8 weeks isnt enough time.... id personally wait a hell of a lot longer than that to go back. that might be why your gains suck.

To me your last cycle sounds like what you need now, a classic bulking cycle. I don't think anyone else commented about your diet while you were cycling before, so i will. Your diet is what builds muscle! steroids just help you utilize protein more efficiently and promote faster recovery. You need to eat tons of cals (5000 a day) , and a lot of protein (1.5g/lb of body weight) to build mass. That's where I'd start, and don't taper your doses, thats old thinking, and has been disproven. Another thing, as Nailer noted, you never said if you have even run PCT in your previous cycles.
As for cycle I'd say:
Test E: 500mg/week, weeks 1-13
EQ or Deca: 400mg/week, weeks 1-13
D-bol: 30mg/day, weeks 1-4

taking into consideration you take proper time off for your receptors, i like 12-16 week cycles if this is one of your first five.

Test E 600mg/ week split twice 1-12(16)
Deca 400mg/week split twice 1-12(16)
Dbol 40mg ED split throughout day 1-4
Fina 75mg ED 1-12(16)

and of course PCT, now you could be training your ass off and following cycle suggestions to a T, but what is most critical to put on the weight you mentioned is your calorie intake. Eat every 3-4 hours.

yea...ive definately noticed that calorie intake a well as protein is vital while on AS......i eat about 5-6 meals a day atleast, usually in the range of 1.25-1.75g/lb for protein.....pct i usually just do clomid....as for cycle i was definately thinkin runnin

Test E 1-12 at either 500 or 600
Deca 1-12 @ 400
dbol at either 30 or 45 mg a day as well as tylers detox
and wanted to add something to the end like weeks 8-12..for a lil harder, ripped look, was thinkin either winny or masteron, if not both..

how would that sound?

and if i was running test @ 500mg, but had 400mg/ml, if i were to inject 1.25 cc's, would that be the same as 500?
