I have been taking 30gm of dbol a day with 250mg sustanon a week for 3 weeks now and I am getting a dull pain in my low to mid back. Maybe my kidneys? Is that a usual side effect from the dbol? Any responses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It's water retention in your core. Two simple options are to try to drink more water and avoid a high sugar diet...
