this is an example of my diet i plan to go on while i take my first cycle in dec. and i also plan to stay on it for a long time (until i find a better one) My main question is; do you guys think this is a good enough diet to see results i want. if not please give me more input
7:20 Breakfast PROTEIN
6-8 oz. protein all meats
2 cups of carbs
1/4 cup of raw nuts Carbohydrates
fruits, veggies, oatmeal, yogurt
9:30 shake
40 grams protein FAT
2 cups frozen fruit nuts, olive oil
2tbs. olive oil
1:00 lunch
6-8oz. protein NO BREAD OR PASTA
2 cups of carbs
1/4 cup raw nuts
4:00 shake
40 grams protein
2 cups of frozen fruit
2tbs. olive oil
8:00 dinner
10-12 grams protein
2 cups of carbs
1/4 cup of raw nuts
P.S. i constantly eat in between meals (mostly Pinnapple, Pepperoni, Black olives) pretty much pizza topping because im a manager at a pizza place.
