Bros! Please critique my cycle...

Hey bros,

Here is what I am thinking. I have 10 ml of test cyp 250mg/ml and 10 ml of EQ 200mg/ml, and fina.

I want to start my first cycle, but I am not sure how to get it together. This is what a guy at the gym suggested:

wks 1-2 - 250 mgs cyp
wks 3-5 - 500 mgs cyp
wks 7-8 - 250 mgs cyp
wks 1-10 - 200 mg EQ
wks 2-8 - 50 mgs tren EOD

Liquidex - .25mg a day
Nolva on hand.

Clomid for PCT 300/100/50.

What you bros think? Considering this is my first cycle, are these doses ok? Is this cycle going to work? Please bros, shed some light here!!

first off mostly everyone on here is going to tell you to drop the eq and take a test only cycle at 400mgs a week. personally my first cycle is going to consist of dbol and test, but i am thinking of dropping the dbol due to possible sides. if i were you i would stick around and do some more research. i have been researching for a cycle for almost 9months now and i keep learning new things everyday.

Your on the right track, but here's what I think would work better for a first, low-dosed cycle...

1-11 250mg cyp
1-10 200mg EQ
Clomid starting in week 14

Leave the tren for a future cycle. The l-dex and nolva is a good idea. Some bros will say run 500mg test and 400mg EQ, but I'm running 200mg a week EQ right now, and I like it. The hunger is there, the veins are there, and at half the regular dose.

BTW, the guys at the gym don't have anything on the knowledge base of AR!

That sounds good... How often should I take the cyp? Once a week should be ok? I heard about 500mg/wk too that's why I decided to post again... I am thinking since I am AS virgin :) it should be ok...

personally 187 at 6'3 i still think you should put on some more weight before doing a cycle. just my opinion though

I would extend the EQ (needs to be ran min. 12 weeks) and Cyp to 12 weeks and up the doses................ You will need to get more cyp and EQ to run the cycle right also don't run Fina in your first cycle.

1 - 12 Cyp 400mg
1 - 12 EQ 400mg
1 - 15 Nolva 10mg ED

PCT starts 3 weeks after last Cyp/EQ injection

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 2 - 11 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 12 - 21 50mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva

You don't need to taper a slow acting ester as these guys have layed out. I would drop the tren too.

brandon707 is right I'd bulk a little before you run a cycle.

motoxxxguy your cycle might be fine but I'm one of the 400/500 mg guys. :D

Sorry guys, that was a typo I am 195 lbs, I have been working out for a while now but I think I am maxed out naturally... That's why I was thinking about boosting things up a bit...
