    HRT Testing?

I was wondering how you get checked for your natural hormone levels at the docs?
I mean do you go in and ask them to take some blood and test everything like cholesterol, hormones, haemoglobin etc?

What do i need to ask for to get them to check my hormones are in working order without having to tell them iv used AS?

    Cheers

Tell them your feeling depressed, low energy, low to no sex drive, so you'd like a hormone panel done

Just to add to what JohnnyB said...when you tell your doctor you want your hormones checked, make sure the testosterone blood test includes free, bound, and total testosterone levels (not just total testosterone which many limit the testing to).

If your doctor says you don't need that lab work because it is not the problem, tell him/her that you want to get the tests done to establish a "baseline" for future comparisons. You need to know what is normal for you!
