Bros, the complete rundown finally... Please read

Hey bros,

I think I've put my first cycle together. It is going to consist of Test Cyp, EQ and (?) Fina. Here it is:

wks 1-2 : 250mgs cyp
wks 1-2 : 200mgs EQ
wks 3-12: 400 mgs cyp
wks 3-12: 300 mgs EQ

And maybe...
wks 5-11: 50mgs fina ED

Anti-es as follows:
10mg nolva ED; .25 ldex ED

PCT:
300/100/50 Clomid + Tribulus

To be taken during cycle: Cranberry seed, considerable does of vits B5 and B6 along with other vits I take usually.

What you expert bros think? This is my first cycle, so I don't want huge does because I want to evaluate how my body responds first. Are those does ok? Should they be bigger or are they too much? What about fina? worth it?

Here is what I've been looking at as far as diet is concerned:

Meal 1
7 egg whites + 1 whole egg
1/2 cup of oatmeal w/ 2 scoops whey protein
2 slices of 100% wheat bread
1 cup O.J. or some other fruit juice

Meal 2
Tuna sandwiches made of two cans of tuna; or 2 chicken breasts
1 banana

Meal 3
2 chicken breast
brown rice or wheat pasta + 1 cup green veggies
Meal-replacement type protein shake w/ oatmeal blended in

Meal 4
1 chicken breast or boca burger sandwich

Meal 5 (preworkout)
Protein Shake

Meal 6 (Postworkout)
10 egg whites
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 cup oats w/honey

Meal 7
2 Chicken Breasts
Salad

Meal 8
Protein Shake w/ flax seed oil

That's it bros... Now please use your expertise and help me improve my first cycle and diet...

Once again bro please do not taper your doses. Its a waste and being a slow acting ester there is no need to taper. Other than that looks good.

Yes, and since it's your first cycle, I would drop the Fina

oh I forgot one question... Regarding the EQ and cyp... Should I take that like twice a week, lets say mon and thur?

If it is better I will do it... Kind of scared of the needles but from what I've read here that goes away... Also is the diet enough calories/protein you bros think?

Yes that would be ideal, you can draw both compounds into the same syringe also. Less scar tissue.

Thats fine.

And drop the fina like BLT said. You won't need it for this cycle.

Yes it is but running three compound on your first cycle just isn't wise. You ever go to a party and drink like 6 types of alchol, drop a couple of tabs, smoke half a tree and at the end of the nite can't figure out which screwed you up the most? Well you will be in the same boat running all those. Just stick with test and eq and you will be able to tell when each kick in, how you like them and the pros and cons of each. This is just one of the many reasons not to run multiple compounds on a first cycle.

Fina isn't a smart choice for a first cycle. If i remember correctly, on other boards, there was lots of concern with proestrogen related gyno with it. A good First cycle is a test and a oral, IE, Sus/dbol,

I read in another post that it is not a lot of difference going from 400mg/wk of test to 500 mg... What you guys think?

I like high doses due to the fact that your already exposing yourself to the possible sides but for a first cycle I doubt that would make a huge differnce.

keep the test higher than the eq....keep it at 400/300.....you should respond nicely and it will pay off later...the higher the dose now the more you will have to run later
