almost ready for 1st cycle!, a little help please

hey everyone,
alright ive decided on running stanazol and test enanthate. my aim is maximum hard mass retention post cycle with minimised water retention during cycle.

wk1-10 400mg test e
wk6-10 50mg stan ed

now i plan to use clenbuterol nolvadex and proviron aswell because of the water retention and aromatisation associated with enanthate. but im unsure of how to incorporate them.
should i run the clen just towards the end and post cycle to minimise the catabolic phase? what dosage to you recomend? also same question for the proviron and nolvadex.

you'll want to push back the Winstrol 2 weeks. This gives you time to finish when the Enanthate esters are winding down.

wk 1-10 400mg test E
wk 8-12 50mg stan ED
wk 13-15 PCT

although i don't think you will need both anti-e's listed, you could run:

10 mg nolva ED - PCT
50 mg proviron ED

don't forget about PCT - do a search on post cycle therapy.

hmm ok. i kind of wanted to limit the cycle to 10 weeks if possible but ill extend to 12. thanks for input on pct. i was just a little curious cause i was reading that some bodybuilders take the proviron and nolvadex combo throughout the entire course. cheers
