eq/test/winstrol cycle

my cycle looks like this need advice

1-10 week [Equipoise 400mg/week]
1-10 week [testastrone enth 500mg/week]
8-10 week [winstrol 150mg/week] is this enough or should I do 50mg ed?
1-13 week [nolva 20mg ed]

11-13 weeks [clomid]
Day 1 300mg Clomid/ 20mg Nolva
Day 2-11 100mg Clomid/ 20mg Nolva
Day 12-21 50mg Clomid/ 20mg Nolva

Im only 5'6" and I just got up to 160 pounds. Very strick diet, and I work out 5 days a week, and I rest for 2 days.

Also I consume about 220-280 grams of protein daily, is this to much for me?

Do I need this much Nolva? Or should I take 10mg ed?

Since this your first cycle IMO I would opt to run just the test and EQ and save the winny for a future ccyle. You can also run the enth 1wk past the EQ and then start your PCT 2wks after your last shot of enth. Personally I would keep the nolva on hand and run some .5mg liquidex ED from day1 thoughout PCT.

I agree with 01dragonslayer save the winny for another cycle........ for one you're not running it long enough and you should be using 50mg ED for 6 weeks.

I would use nolva at 10mg ED on this cycle............ I like using nolva durring my cycles and durring PCT with clomid......... it just helps make recovery a bit easier.

I would exten the EQ to 12 weeks........ IMO EQ needs to be ran at least 12 to see any results.

1 - 12 EQ 400mg/week
1 - 13 Enan 500mg/week
1 - 15 nolva 10mg ed

Start PCT 2 weeks after your last enan injection the way you have it in your post

Would it have been better if I took sustanon 250 instead of the enth? Just curious...

Not if this is your first cycle. Stick with enanthate or cypionate.

You may possibly retain slightly more water, but it'll be so minimal you won't notice. Other than that, no more than any other testosterone.
