    need help, cutting

    just woundering how much cardio should i be doing to get cut up. i am 5"7 205lbs about 15% bf just want to know what i need to do to cut up. I am doing reps of 10 and doing cardio about 5 times a week 30min. Want to know how many cals i need and protien when cutting too. Just if you guys can help. thanks

    cut out carbs after about 6:00pm, eat six meals a day.....also drink a shitload of water

    up the cardio to 45 mins, try to do it first thing after you wake up and get motivated.

    Definitely agree with cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Personally I think 30 minutes, 5 times weeky is good. Calorie intake should be between 2000 and 2800. Keep protein up. Cut carbs, and if possible cut them out even earlier than 6pm, preferably around 3pm.
