Not always. Just as shrinkage does not always occur, there is no guarantee that size will return to normal after pct either. Everyone is different, and there are other factors to be considered.

yeah but you also will have a better chance if they come back if do proper PCT. W/out pct you may never have the balls u had before your cylce.
