cycle #4 starting this week...holla at yo boy...

fellaz here is what im planning as my 4th cycl...

have done the time on/off stuff and im recovered 100% so heres what im doin..

stats are

6'3 224 bout 8-9%bf...goin for 235 6-7% bf...

weeks 1-2 1g test enanthate

weeks 3-5 750mg test enanthate

weeks 6-10 700mg prop

weeks 3-10 75mg Fina ED

is that the best time you all think as well to switch from the enanthate to the prop or how should i seperate the time inbetween...considering i'll be out of enathate have about 18cc's.....

...should i start the prop a little earlier so i can feel some results along with the enanthate??? and mix it in the whole cycle then end with just prop???? how would this be and what would be the dosages of each if so???

clomid 2-3 weeks
maca
avena sativa
zinc at nite
tribulus



a question i have is my diet ratios and what i should do...im pretty good with dieting but wanna get this right this time..

how many cals a day y'all thinkin and the ratios???

I wouldn't start with the enanthate personally, but I see what you are trying to do here, and it may work fine. If you have more prop, i'd just run that throughout and save the enanthate. If you stick with what you have, the switch in tests is timed about right. You could start the clomid 3 days after your last prop shot, and I would recommend extending the prop past the tren.

i dont wanna end the cycle with enanthate tho wanna end fast acting...unless i split it up...
