I've always stuck to 2x/week - monday and thursday would be fine. If i remember correctly, this provides more stable/steady blood levels...

i do sun and wed for my split, days dont matter, sun night and wed morning
Definately try and split your doses twice a wk bro. Whether its Sun/Mon or Mon/Thur injects, you want to try and keep blood levels constant.Quote:
