Question in regards to weight and AS
Heres my question. Does anyone know the breakdown of weight one gains on a cycle? I mean, anytime one ups their calories, ytheir going to gain weight. So lets say one gains 20 pounds on a cycle. What do you think the breakdown is for the following is? (obviously one has to eat to grow)
Water % -
Muscle % -
Calories % -
fat % -

i think it is different for everyone, but i did see a previous thread about if you are fatter, than you will proportionally gain more fat than muscle.

I'd likr to know that myself. I think everyone's different, it would depend on your diet too.

BLT since last year............ I've went from about 159lbs to around 187lbs give or take at the same bf.......... My bf only goes up a % or so durring my cycle and bulking....... I eat clean all year round and eat clean while bulking as well.
I just think everyone is different. I got lucky that way but I have to stand on a stool to look into the bathroom mirror

yeah, everyone is definitely different. I probably was looking for an average.
