    I will also be running the following e/d: .5mg liquidex or proviron wk 1-13, 1mg proscar wk 1-16, and saw palmetto wk 1-16.

    I am 195lbs, 6'1'', and 8-9% bodyfat. I wan't to be 205-210 and 6-7% bodyfat, after this cycle. I will be eating to gain until week 8, and then I'll be dropping the cals a bit to focus on cutting.

    Questions:

    1.Should I add creatine and use eca throughout?

    2.What other supplements/gear would you recommend adding? Suggestions welcome and appreciated,

    I think you'll need to run the prop for 4 weeks in the beginning rather than just 2weeks. Or start with d-bol 40-50mgs a day for the first 4 weeks.

    The sus and Eq take about 4-5 weeks to kick in. and start running your prop at week 9 instead of week 8. you will still have plenty of test in you on week 8.

    Week 1-4 d-bol 40-50mgs/day
    Week 1-8 500 sus
    Week 1-8 400 EQ
    Week 9-12 50mgED prop
    Week 9-12 40mgED var
    3 Days after last prop shot start clomid
    1st day 300mgs then 100mgs for 10 days then 50mgs for 10 day.
    start clen same time as clomid

    Personally I would run the sus and EQ for 10 weeks and start the prop at week 11 through 14 then clomid 3 days after last prop shot. Depends on how much gear you 've got?

    Hey sk* i would agree with taking the creatine with ox had he been running that solo, but aas increases creatine storage and i like to use the creatine for a boost post cycle. Just my opinion.

    Although i would recommend him taking the glutamine throughout the whole cycle because it also has synergystic properties with the var. It is definately a unique drug

    Well glutamine is mainly to keep your immune system strong. I agree i dont notice much while on it, but i cant remember the last time i was sick.

    Thanks for the replies!

    Mallet - I have enough gear to go longer, but I don't like to take it much longer than 10 weeks. For me I stop gaining after about week 9-10, and I don't like suppressing my natural test for too long.

    Pysc - I think I'll run the creatine during the last month of my cycle and then for a month afterward. I think that was a good idea to use it for recovery.

    Sk* - You are correct on the proscar. One mg a day is pretty much just as effective as five. I will be splitting the proscars into 4 pieces, and thats how I got the proscar 1mg. And, no I didn't get it from a perscription -- too expensive. It was like $700 for a year supply when I took my script to the pharmacy, and I got it for much much less on the net.

    Also, why are you dropping your liquidex mg? I will be running the saw palmetto at about what you said. As far as the liver detox, I think that milk thistle will be enough for var. I forgot to mention I would be using that.
