I read and do reasearch every day to learn before I get into my first cycle. Question I have is what would be a good example of a basic cutting cycle. I am tossing around doing a cut cycle before my first mass cycle. I am 31 yrs old, 227 lbs 13 % body fat, 18 1/2 biceps 53 inch chest, bench 385 and this is currently natural but I want to see what my true potential is. Goals are decrease body fat % and ten to 15 lbs of good hard muscle that will stay with me.

optimally, you can either bulk or cut bro. but you cant do both at once. cutting up has more to do with your diet than it does with the drugs you take.
