blank money order?

ok, ive emailed LR twice on what exactly is a "blank money order" and they have not responded. I dont want to use a credit card for the items. so can u please explain exactly what it is , and the best way to order. thanks

Im pretty sure it just means the money order for whatever your order costs with none of your writing on it.

so is it s personal check... and i just leave the "pay to the order of" blank... im obviously still confused... the order is costing about 130$ if that makes a difference... thanks for yalls help

Blank money order is a money order with the amount on it but you leave the "pay too" line blank.

People do this so you won't know who is cashing it.

you go buy a money order,.... this will cost approx 99 cents or so........ then the $130.00 will be printed on the money order (from the place you bought it)..... costing you a total of $130.99...... now dont fill out the money order with the name.....(leave it blank)...... sent it that way ...

Banks. Money orders are great. I wish my source (if I had one) took them. Money orders will save you about 30 dollars since you dont have to go through WU.
Most sources dont take them cuz you have to have an address to mail it to. Kinda risky for the source to accept money orders like that. Be careful with that. Triple check his credibility. Dont be too anxious to lose 150 dollars.

You can buy a money order from a bank, a supermarket(customer service desk), some gas stations. Its also called a cashiers' check I believe.

All money orders are blank, only the amount is printed on it with a machine. You are supposed to fill out the "pay too" line and send it yourself. In this case just leave the "pay too" line blank and send it. You want to make sure whoever your sending it too is solid because anyone can cash it and say they didn't receive it.
