    Dan Duchane's BODY OPUS.

I have never read anything Dan Duchane had written but I know hewas refered to as the steroid "guru".
Im not sure what the book Body Opus is really about. It seems to be about low car dieting and exercising. But since hes a steroid guy I didnt know which forum to out this.

I am thinking of ordering this for a good read and maybe to follow for training. My question is, has anyone read/used/liked/disliked/had results with/had no results with. Basically is it worth my time?

    Thanks bretheren.

I read it and thought it was a great read. It shed a lot of light on the low carb diet but also talked about "diet drugs" . The diet itself is hard as hell, would take an individual that has no other life but that

Low carb diets work for me but for some reason I get joint pain from it. I seem to be one of the few though. It works but I would only use it after I got down to 8-9%. Did effect my work out yes I was weeker than normal.
