Quite a spreadsheet you got there. I'd try and cut down the winny... maybe from wks 3-13 to wks 6-13. And 10 weeks of dbol is definatly too long, maybe switch from wks. 1-10 to 1-4. It might be possible to run for 1-5 or 1-6, but it is pretty harsh on the liver... and I'd only use it for a kick-start for the rest of your cycle anyways.
Other than that, everything looks nice.
You are making things WAY too complicated for yourself.
Without knowing any of your stats i would keep it simple run it more like this...
wks 1-4 dbol
wks 1-12 sus
wks 1-10 deca
I would run HCG in wk 10, 1000iu's/ed for 5 days then start PCT a few weeks after your last shot of sus.
