    Finaplix has Estradiol in it??

I read on basskiller's site that old finaplix (no estradiol) is not being produced anymore and that all new finaplix has estradiol in it. Is this true... Are we going to need syno kits to convert this shit now?

here's a quote from the FAQ:

"Is it true that Finaplix is no longer being produced?

Yes, But this is a trick question. True Finaplix is not being made any longer, but instead... The Finaplix that is still made has estradiol in it. The true Finaplix didn't. That's all."

I think I am missing something here...

That's what I thought too, no website lists Estradiol as one of the ingredients so now I am confused, I certainly don't want estradiol in my shit

    Finaplix -S has estradiol - Finaplix-H doesnt

wouldnt be surprised if they only continued to just manufacture Finaplix-S though.

I wonder if taking clomid throughout would block most of it?

I've heard that the -h wasn't being made anymore, but it is still readily available. I don't know if there is any truth to this rumor.

With the surge of Fina users back when I wrote this.. Came about finding just about every cattle implant source on the net. We started seeing a lot of the newer Vet sites that carried only Revalor products which have the estradiol in it. I believe that even one site mentioned that regular finaplix would be phased out..
Well I believe that was all just hype from a specific company to buy their product.. If it was discontinued, we wouldn't have been seeing manufacturing dates well beyond the point where they were supposably discontinued.

I've since corrected the FAQ's.. Thanks

Like basskiller said, Finaplix -h and Component Th are good to go......IMO, you are better off using Component, I've brewed both with the same kit and Component seemed to give me a better product.

There is no real difference between the two of them..
Both contain the same ingredients. Just TH has twice as much per container.. so 2 cart's of "H" @ around 37.00 equals 1 cart of "TH that costs 75.00..

Now some have said that "TH" converts easier.. But I've never found this to be so.. Sometimes a conversion is flawless.. other times I've had to use heat with the dissolving phase... No clue as to why??
    So either will suffice
