How many carbs for the low days on dieting?
I am dieting right now using only t3 and will add in clen. i am pretty much natural. i am eating more protein in case of muscle loss from the cytomel. i am using the tiromel brand from AI, turkey and will add in clen soon.
I just dont know how low to go on the low days for carbs and how high? i am 5'5" and weigh 156, about 15-17% BF. and my goal is 9% in 10 weeks. i was thinking 50,50,50,100,100,100,300 REAPEAT. thats 7 days. another option is 50,100,150,200 REPEAT.
