    Question Clen question

    Before I get flamed, I have already ran a search on clen . I just want to know how to split you clen up throughout the day, Or, can u take it all in one shot? Which way is better? Help would be greatly appreciated.

    Take it throughout the day up to 3:00PM or so. If you go any later you may have problems sleeping.
