Im on first cycle 3 weeks tomorrow, and havnt got any gains yet its proper gear im training hrd and eating mad!! So how does the gain part work bit by bit or abruplty kind of thing
Week 1-3: Test Prop 150mg EOD
Week 1-10: Test Cyp 500mg Bi- weekly
Nolva and and PCT to suit.....
Im 22 198cm, 103kg and trainning for 14 months..
