deca sust cycle information

One of my Coworkers has become increasingly interested in a deca sust cycle... I told him not to even to think about it until i posted and asked everyone here how to do a good deca sust cycle including the pct.

My friend is nearly 30 and has trained for a number of years.. he is approx 5'8" 185lbs... although this may not be the most effective stack for him its what he can get a hold of and I need your help in making it as safe of an experience as possible.

1-12 500mg sus 3shots/week
1-11 300mg deca 2shots/week
1-12 .5ml l-dex ed
14-16 clomid

500 mg as 3 shots a week? that means u need to leave a vial open to the elements. unless u get it in 10ml vials !!!!

If he's going with Sust then it should be injected at least E3D. So he could go with:

1-12 Sust250 E3D
1-12 Deca 400mgs
15-17 Clomid
