yea i'm new, never done juice yet but seriously considering it. i'm 23 been lifting for 9 years, and am 190 lbs w/ a 6% bf. I'm looking for something that'll give me an edge on the competition. what was it yall started out with.

Ok dude up above there is an educational thread you need to read then up to the upper right there is a search button. Try that for any info on what you need. Good luck have fun.

I'm with luvmyroids man, you need to read up before asking such a vague question. do a search under things like "my first cycle" and see what you can find that way. good luck and peace bro
