    Bridging with Dbol, some advice

    My first cycle:

    Wk 1-10 RT T-Enanthate 500mg ew split into two shots
    Wk 1-10 QV/RT Equipoise 400mg ew split into two shots

    Nolva at 10mg ed

    Clomid/Nolva for PCT

    Iím starting week 8 with my shot Sunday 11/30/03, but the week officially kicks off with my lift on Monday.

    My cycle ends Wednesday Dec 17th and PCT begins Dec 31st. Iíll be starting Clenbuterol this Monday for a 2 week run, then starting back up for two more weeks during PCT.

    Iím under the impression that Dbol wouldnít be a bad idea to run as a sort of bridge to help maintain my gains. I might not gain, but it should help me maintain. I will start a second cycle in March (time on = time off) with most likely home brewed tren and prop. Thatís why Iím using the word ďbridgeĒ for using Dbol.

    Since this is the end of your first cycle, I'd come off completely. I don't like the idea of 'bridging' after a 1st cycle. Leave the Dbol out and finish PCT. Then, take the proper amount of time off and come back 'fresh' for your 2nd cycle. jmho.

    You think so? I was going to buy 1k of thais anyway. I figured the Dbol could help with motivation too. I guess youíre right. I donít have to satisfy this addiction too well.

    I think it may be tough with your recovery to take such a high androgen to bridge with. Imo I think you would be better served with var, but you found a deal on bol. So I guess I would have to agree with tri

    bridging means you are still on


    if you want to allow HTPA to normalize--the whole reason for time on= time off then skip the dbol

    if you want to buy 1,000 thais more power to ya--but buy in a powder form is prolly safer and cheaper

    Safer? In terms of safety from legal enforcement?

    I guess Iíll just suck it up and not do it. Darn it.

    customs know what pills to look for--a powder labeled with the name l-glutamine is almost impossible to stop as they cant test it--get the picture

    by bridging with dbol you'll only recover @ 70-80%. if thats your first cycle, skip the bridge. recover fully. there will be plenty more cycles in your future. everyone has to learn patience. patience is a big part of bodybuilding. nothing worth having comes over night. recover fully and get ready for your next cycle. good luck

    D-bol in powder form? Cheaper and safer to ship? Man I just cant believe the info on this board. I have been living in the da m n stone age for the last 10years man.
