It all depends. While "On", I aim for atleast 50g of protein per meal, the only time I'll have more is post-workout. Post workout I usually aim to take in between 75-100g.
I usually use the 50g rule but after a hard workout i will take down 75g.
50 g for me, 75 g post workout !
i'm a little older 40g works for me,post workout 75g
I similar to the other Bros, 50-60/meal and 80 post-workout.
i heard your body can break down and absorb only about 60grams of protein every 2-3 hours depending on your weight and body fat
