ive looked around this forum about keeping gains, and im still not sure what a good pct is for a test cycle?i eat good and get good sleep and train hard!but can yall help me with you knowledge on how to keep my gains the best?

The things you want to plug into the search engine are, all at once..

clomid nolvadex PCT dosages

if you run into 300/100/50 you're on the right track.
that should give you some answers.

I use 100mg of Clomid + 20mg of Nolva for 28 days.

The 300mg frontload of the clomid is feasible as it shortens the length of time it takes to reach peak blood plasma, but Clomids occular effects has me starting at 100mg. I think it's because of my lasik surgery though

I like running 300mg Clomid first day, then 100mg Clomid for 29 days, and 20mg Nolva throughout PCT..... I then continue Nolva at 20mg ED for 7 to 10 days after PCT.
