    Angry can't eat

    i have had the flu for about the last five days. I still have been going to the gym through. The problem is that i cannot eat. I try chocking some weight gainer down but it i hard to stay about 1500 cals. (all from fluid) i am already 4 weeks in on my cycle. What should i do about eating and lifting.

    man, concentrate on getting better...i hate the flu...it sucks...keep drinking plenty of fluids and rest...but as far as eating....thats the only way your body will get the nutrition it needs...

    FORCE IT...make yourself eat bro...and i hope you get better man
