I got sick on 5th week of cycle. Take the week off or not?

I got sick this weekend and im still feeling like crap. I was wondering if i should go head and take the week off till I am a 100% better. I am going to the doctor tommorow and getting the Z-pack anti-biotics. And also taking 1500mg of vitamin C and glutamine. Has anyone ever gotten sick while on cycle? what did you do?

does Test Cyp. give you flu? i thought it was just test enath. and sustunon? i am coughing alot of flem along with feeling like im wore down cold chills and hot flashes. i am taking 500mg of test cyp. and 300mg of deca . and 4 weeks of dbol .

It sounds to me like you may have bronchitis. If you see the doctor he'll let you know if you really have something. If you do I'd DEFINITELY take a week off.

I've only done one cycle myself but I really think taking a week off midcycle isn't a bad thing, even if you're not sick. I know now it's more crucial to stick with it the weeks after a cycle is over, to keep your gains. Getting a break can keep you from getting burnt out. I know I did.

Take a week off.. your androgen levels will remain high and your body will continue to stay anabolic - you will not lose mass!! better to get sick during your cycle than during PCT.
