I'm hoping someone can help.I'm 27 m 5'10 186 maybe 16%. Have only taken over counter suppliments,creatine,ect.Been in gym since high school, looking to move on to next level. I've been told a good cycle would be D-Bol 40mg/day 8 wks,Deca 250 starting week 8-12, Sust 250 starting week 8-12. I'm really looking for some good honest help because i don't know who to really trust. Please help
