Lotso f info..do a search..llok in the Educational Threads section. I personally have used T3 for a 60 day stint. I had about a week or two week lag in energy afterward, but now all is well, thyroid function is 4.0!
Lots of myths, mainly from those who have never tried it...or sheerly med students that look at things in a black and white or theoretical situaton. Remember, ramp down is porobably the most important aspect of cycling T3. This allows your normal thyroid functioning to resume, with out the crash.

I simply use a low dosage for the entire cycle to help improve effectiveness of the juice

25mcg a day, no ramp down or up needed
