starting in 2 days... any last minute suggestions?
hey ppl, im starting my cycle in a few days now... so here it is:
WEEK 1 - 10:
Test Ent
Mon - 250mg
Thu - 250mg
WEEK 2 - 10:
.5mg adex EVERY THIRD day
WEEK 13 - 17:
Clomid 100mg/50mg/50mg/50mg ED
Nolva 40mg/20mg/20mg/20mg ED
What do u think?

its a good cycle as long as your stats match the cycle. and your diet and training are on spot
I might take Test E to 12 weeks, but thats just me

I would like to see you a few more years older and about 20-25 lbs heavier NATURAL
but I am sure you are gonna do it anyway so , make sure your diet is better than it is now

I would be happier if you said 24 and 210 lbs, but like I said, your gonna do it anyway
whole cycle looks good including PCT
I would like to see your diet as you are a bit light which leads me to think you are not eating enough of the right things
if you care to , post up a typical days food intake and times u eat

and i used to be 200 but that was when i have a lot more fat... lol
btw i just got off an EC stack... is it a good idea to start right away?? or should i wait?

you shouldnt have to worry about anything expiring a year from now unless they re really old. should have an exp date on it, and even so its shelf life is longer than what it says

diet is basically around 2500 - 3000 cals per day
7AM: meal 1- shake+oat meal
9AM: A banana, Pre-Workout- workout
11AM: meal 2 - shake/chicken breast + brown rice+ veggies
1PM: meal 3 - steak or tuna (i keep on switching it) + veggies
3PM: shake+eggs
4PM: meal 4- turkey sandwich/tuna sand or chic salad
7PM: meal 5 - cesein shake + some of my mom's cooking( i have to eat it.. u wont understand)
9PM: meal 6 - casein shake + eggs
11PM SLEEP!
thats how it usually goes...but i keep on switching it around... the timing remains the same tho

you need to replace some of those shakes with real food. you digest shakes too fast and the nutrients from the food are more of what you need. post workout and the casein shake before bed are fine, but i would replace the rest with more food

Eh your right... I just like having my shot at the same time of the day for me it's easier and every 4 seems more practical than every 3.5.
Bleh... whatever i just think it's retarded.
