    delt shots

    Ive been experiencing some extreme leakage with my delt shots of test prop lately. I inject REAL slow using the airlock method. I usually spend 3 minutes for a 2cc injection. Any suggestions?

    I would lay off them for a while and pick other sites. This happens to me after multiple shots in a location.

    if u can pull the skin real tight and the meat over to the side when you inject.....it will create a blanket over the injection site.....when you pull the pin out...
    at the most.......just do 1cc in each delt.
