need a little advice i got 2 bottles of eq 200 syd group and sos 250
should i take 400 eq a week 1 on mon & thursday, also how much more do i need to eat to bulk up, not get cut, is 4000 cals enough still

With EQ, I like to say that anyone under 240 should stick with 400mgs/week and anyone above should hit 500-600mgs/week. I personally am at 290 and I love to hit 600mgs/week. Anything less for me doesnt leave good results. Also 4000 calories/ed is fine for bulking. Train to make sure to keep your protein count high say around 350g's or so. Im not a huge beleiver in a 2:1 ratio protein to pounds, but I do beleive it has to be up between 1.25-1.5 per pound. Also, from what I hear Syd Group is very dirty and until I hear different from others that will keep being my beleif. Just my 2cc's. PEACE! ROCK
