Hard Lump IN LEFT SIDE OF CHEST-HELP!

I need some help identifying whether this is gyno or something else. From my understanding, I thought that Gyno was just a fatty build up and causes a kind of itchy burning pain. I am picking up some Nolvadex tommorrow, how much should I take? Am I going to be able to get rid of it with nolvadex or just slow and stop the growth of it? Do you recommend anything else that is commonly available?

Get to a doctor. See what he says. Also take the nolva @ 60mg ed

are you in the middle of a cycle or post cycle?

Go to a Doctor, Dont frig with it

I'm mid cycle, should I continue

See a doc asap, I would continue but start with the 60mg of nova for sure.
