What does permanent mean to you?

I see a lot of posts about how HGH and possibly IGF-1 lr3 give you permanent gains. Do you guys mean the permanent gains you make from HGH or IGF-1 lr3 will be permanently there as long as you continue body building and staying active? Or do you mean permanent by the gains you make from HGH will stay with you no matter what you do?

i dont have a vast knowledge of HGG having never done it ...but it is nearly impossible to keep muscle gains for eternity without diet and traning being on key

By permanent gains they mean that you will keep pretty much all of your gains during PCT(where as on some AAS you have a good chance of losing 30-40% of your gains post-cycle.) Of couse if you slip on diet/training/or sleep you will lose gains from HGH.

permanant as in it causes your muscle cells to divide, and unless you're injured, you don't lose those gains.
