My next cycle will consist of Test Enth and Eq. Should I run the Test 250mg every 3rd day or every 4th day. This is my firt time on test but my second cycle. First cycle was winny & deca.
I will also be running Nolvadex at 10mg every day. Do I need to start this on the first day or can I wait a week and then start? Should I run it up to the PCT or just until my test/eq cylcle ends?
500mg a week of test E devided up in two doses. You can combine 200mg of Eq and 250mg of test E in one syringe and do that twice a week
250mg E3D is what I would suggest seeing as your going on #2
If your using L-dex along side Nolva, then use 10mg. If no L-dex, use 20mg of Nolva ED through PCT
Either way is ok
