No need to run the dbol so long. Most use it for 4 weeks as a jump start before their test kicks in. Alot on here will also tell you to use a single ester test like enanthate but I like sust as well.

You might consider just the sus for your first cycle. Split up your injections to twice a week. Imo for you pct 100mg clomid everyday starting 3weeks after last inj. Also keep nov on hand you dont know how your body will react.

dbol max 4 weeks....
10mg ed nolva and 300/100/50 clomid for pct along with the nolva....start 3 weeks after last sus injection

i agree with shud....especially with sust with its longer esters (up to 4 weeks) to see true gains you need to run it 10-12 weeks minimum

if this is your first cycle then i would cut out the deca and see how your body reacts to the test. besides deca for only 5 weeks wouldnt do much, by the time it kicks in you will be stoppin it. and PCT is a must aswell as nolva unless you want gyno.

dont worry about the deca man.....and test for 16 weeks for first cycle is a bit much....
Do a search on gyno.....i dont think you should be considering a cycle if you dont even know what it is...

before you do anything, you should do some research to find out what each compound does and how it should be used. there are a lot of things to consider and it's hard to get all the info needed without doing thorough research. it's your body bro, learn about what you're putting in it

basically gyno is where you grow tits, just like a woman, from too much estrogen in your body. YOU DONT WANT THEM!! if you search around a little bit, you will learn what to take to counter act it.
