A gallon might not be enough.. BDTR was taking in 3 gallons + a day of fluids on his cycle.

as far as the juice after DNP, i think it's mostly an issue of when you feel up to working out again. The reason they recommend you not doing it is that it's **** hard to get into the gym when you're sweating yellow bullets.
