Ummm I think you need to rethink what you're doing. Not flaming ya but what you're thinking of doing won't do much for ya besides lighten your wallet.
I agree with Big Texan. I would up the dose to 500mg a week. A shot on Monday and a shot on Thursday. Do that for 10 weeks. Eat right and train hard an ull see the gains good luck. What are your stat...age,experience?

i know people who who did this cycle and got alot of results and what if i did a cycle for 8 instead of ten but the two middle weeks bumped up to 500

Well I would rather see ya grab some test enanthate or cyp, but sustanon can work. I'd go somwhere along the lines of this
Wk 1-10
test (enanthate, cyp, or sustanon) 500mg a week
broken into 2 shots, (250mg/mon 250mg/thurs)
PCT week 13 clomid 300mg first day/100mg for 10 days/50mg for 10days
along with 20mg nolva ED
Also have nolva on hand incase of sides. That should about do it for ya. Good simple first cycle for anyone.
use the nolva on the last 10 days of pct and start pct 3 weeks after last shot right
third week after your last shot start this
day 1- 300mg clomid/ 20mg nolva
day 2-11 - 100mg clomid/ 20mg nolva ED
day 12-21 - 50mg clomid/ 20mg nolva ED
Not flaming ya, but next time do a bit more research, all of this has been posted numerous times.
thanks for ur help but one more thing if i decided to go 250 a week would it be better to stay like that for 10 or bump up the two middle weeks to 500
