My post surgery report, for those that remember

I promised months ago I would update on my condition after surgery, so here it is.
For those that don't remember me, I did a cycle that ended the last week of july, but I had ruptured 2 disks in my back (L4 and L5) and had surgery august 8th.
Now the results, When I started my cycle I was 173, probably 10% BF.
My cycle took me up to 195, about 8% BF.
Since the surgery I haven't done any physical exercise.
Today I weighed 186, probably 12-13% BF.
The fat came on early because it was hard to drop my diet down after surgery, but its not anything I can't lose.
The Doc has cleared me to return to the gym(no more squats EVER) after x-mas. SO I will be working out starting in January. Gonna stay natural for a little while, to get my body back in shape. I am going to run some clen however to help the cardio out.
Anyway, I've been on this board for awhile now, don't post much because I am still learning, but I always look and help where my limited knowledge allows. A bunch of the guys on this board were very supportive when I last discussed my operation and I just wanted to say thanks. This is the only anabolic board I have ever been to, and I'm glad I found this one first.
