Any suggestions for supplements and or vitamins to be taking while on a cycle?

milk thistle, some kind of multi-vitamin for your joints, maybe some flax seed oil, borrage oil,

I can name tons, here is what I take :

creatine (OPTIONAL)
L-glutamine
r-ala
milk thristle
vitimin pak (NOT CENTRUM) buy it at a body building store
b-12 (INJECTIBLE)
crannberry extract
E.F.A/C.L.A.
protien (isolate)
protien (mealreplacement)
once a day tabs (I take these eod) and the days in between I take a vitimin pak
