1st cycle questions

Finnaly, all my gear has arrived.

I am 6'4" 195 lbs with 12.5% bf

I have:

30ml (1mg/ml) of liquidex
100 10mg pills of nolv (Tamoxifeno)
30 50mg pill of clomid
2 10ml (250mg/ml) of test enat (QV)
and D-bol

I will be doing 10 weeks of Test (250 mon and 250 thurs)

I have a couple questions

1) what is the best way to utilize the nolv and liquidex so that I use it all and minimize water ret, help with pct, etc.(I need an anti E schedule) p.s I know that it will hinder my gains a little, but water retention is something I really want to avoid.

2) what is the best way to take nolv and liquidex (time of day, empty stomic or with meal, etc)

3)The D-bol problems-I think my guy who said he got me 50mg pills of d-bol really got me 25mg tabs. (they are white with a slit down the middle of one side) I planned on taking 25mg/day for the first 25 days but I might change that depending on what I really got

Whats Up Bro. Ok I Would Do It Like This
Weeks 1-10 Test E (250 Mon 250 Thurs)
Weeks 1-4 25 Mg Of D Bol
Weeks 1-10 .25 Liquidex
Weeks 1-10 10 Mg Of Nolva
Then 20 Mg Of Nolva From Weeks 11 Through Pct Whick Will Start 2 Weeks After Last Shot
Clomid 300/100/50

that still leaves 12.5mg of liquidex. Should I run that through pct also, or use .25 .5 mg every other day

No Dont Run It Through Pct Just Run The Nolva. I Stay At Like .25 Every Day Through My Cycle. D

I use anti-e's more as a response to when I think I need it... ldex can rob u of having any estrogen at all available which we do need a small amount at all times for normal body functions. I take ldex at 0.5 in late cycle every day occassionally skipping a day or two per week. I take nolva only when nipples get sensative since nolva reverses sensative nipples quickly like in a matter of an hour or two. For the most part ldex has saved me lots of nolva because I sometimes have made it 7 to 9 days at a time with no nipples or water bloat problems.

Ldex I think you can continue up to 8 days after last shot but then cut it off for good in PCT and rely on your nolva/clomid PCT therapy from then on.
