    Unhappy Cycle almost over

    Well Ill be finishing my cycle on saturday and I just had a few questions that need to be answered. Here is my cycle

    1-10 T2 400mg
    8-13 winny 50mg eod

    Well I think I had some pretty decent gains. Im up to 202 from 187 and as strong as I have ever been. Anyway, ofcourse I want to keep as much of my gains as possible. To do this I should...
    1. Cut back on sets
    2. Up protein and calories
    3. Take clomid. 300,200, 100 for 7 days 50 for 5 days (I think thats about all the clomid I have)
    Should I start taking the clomid 3 days after the last dose of winny?
    4. Ive read that clen also helps in keeping gains. 2 on 2 off...
    5. Any other suggestions?

    cut back on sets??
    definitely up the protein and cals...
    get more clomid, may not have enough to fully recover....you can take it 3 days after last win shot....recommend taking nolv for pct as well
    clen won't hurt your gains but won't exactly help either, start it with pct

    Diet is even more important with PCT peple think that since the cycle is over that its all done. You have to work harder PCT than during the cycle to keep the most gains.

    what do you mean by diet? what would be adequate amounts of protein, carbs, fats, and cals? Im weighing about 198-200 right now
